Sporting a 20-game winning streak and three first team All-American Players, coach S.A. Red Robertson’s Golden Norsemen participated in the 13th annual Junior Rose Bowl before 50,797 fans in Pasadena, California.  After becoming the third team in the history of NEO football to finish the regular season with a perfect record, the Norse were declared State Champions. Coach Robertson’s Norsemen posted a perfect 9-0 record and a number one ranking by the National Junior College Athletic Association.
