Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Athletics

Serving as coach for 17 years, Homa Thomas compiled over 300 victories, 13 state titles, four regional championships and two runner-up finishes in the JUCO World Series.  His Win-Loss Record was 300-59.  The JUCO National Tournament Sportsmanship Award is given in his honor each year.  Coach Thomas served as the director of the first JUCO Tourney in 1958 and helped organize the JUCO Baseball National Championship in 1959. The NEO Baseball field that Thomas helped to construct is named in his honor.
