Chuck and Ann Neal are respectively, Chairman and President of Chas. A. Neal and Company, Chairman and Vice Chairman of First National Bank and Trust Company of Miami and are co-owners of Chapters Bookstore. They are active in the community and across the state through their support of multiple civic, arts and athletic programs.

Chuck and Ann, along with Ralph and Lina Belle Chambers, Chas. A. Neal Sr., Vena Neal, Chas. A. Neal Jr. and Kaki Neal, the Neal Family has furthered their efforts to help NEO students and the community. The entire Neal family are very proud supporters of NEO Athletics.
