Quincy Charleston joined the Lady Norse Softball from Carthage, Missouri. She pitched for the 2014 and 2015 teams. Her first semester was slowed due to a major shoulder surgery week prior to reporting to campus. She still managed to join the pitching rotating and make significant contribution in the Spring 2014 season. By the following spring, 2015, Charleston led the Lady Norse to a 50-16 regular season, capturing the Region 2/District B Championship, and National Runner-Up in the NJCAA National Tournament. In 2015, she was a 30-game winner, with 266 strike outs. In postseason play, she pitched 70 2/3rd innings out of 71 played.Undefeated in Region/District play, Charleston finished the post season with a 9-2 record.  She also had significant offensive contributions in her career with 86 hits, 12 homeruns, and scored 75 runs. Her 1.29 ERA at the National Tournament placed her on the NJCAA National All-Tournament Team. She was selected as an NJCAA All-American and received NJCAA academic honors. Charleston signed with NCAA Division 1 softball program Texas State University, where she completed her softball career.
