Dickson was a member of the 1993-1994 NEO baseball team. He was a key member of the pitching lineup for the ‘93 team that captured the Region II Championship and went on to finish third at the NJCAA World Series.

Following the ‘94 season, Dickson was selected in the sixth round of the Major League Baseball Draft by the Anaheim Angels. Dickson made his major league debut on August 21, 1996 in Yankee Stadium. After spending four seasons with the Angles, Dickson was selected for the 1997 Major League All-Star Game.

Dickson was honored with the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame Tip O’Neil Award in 1996. As a member of Team Canada Baseball, Dickson represented his country in the 2004 Olympics hosted in Athens, Greece.

Dickson previously served as the Vice President for Baseball Canada. Shortly after, he became the President and is now the Chief Executive Officer.
