It was a long day Sunday for the Lady Norse who dropped a heart breaker to Seminole in conference play.

"As a whole got outworked.  Plain and simple.  They wanted it more than we did." said Head Coach Lisa Bell.  "We have to revisit some basic things this week including what our expectation is for ourselves every time we step on to the field.  I think we briefly lost sight of that.  We will get back on track before Thursday."

The Lady Norse get back on the road Thursday to play Redlands before having a 3 home game stand.
