EL RENO — A hat trick by sophomore Fortune Kede led the Northeastern Oklahoma A&M women's soccer team to a 3-1 victory over Redlands Community College here Wednesday, Sept. 20.
All three of Kede's goals came in the second half.
"We hit a low point in our last game (a 7-1 loss to Seminole)," Lady Norse coach Lisa Bell said. "Post game we had a good talk about what we needed to accomplish to get back on track. This week's practices were intense and to the point."
Kede got NEO's first goal at 48:00, assisted by Molly Knox, off a corner kick.
The Lady Norse (4-5 overall and 2-3 in OCAC play) are home Sunday to host Murray State in a 4 p.m. conference game.
