Coach Lisa Bell is entering her 16th season as the Lady Norse Soccer Head Coach.
She is a 2005 graduate of NEO A&M College, a 2007 graduate of Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education, and a 2013 graduate of Pittsburg State University with a Master's of Science in Physical Education.
Coach Bell has been the head coach of the Lady Norse soccer team since the program's inception in 2008. Bell previously served the department as the Assistant Athletic Director. In addition to her roles in NEO Athletics, Coach Bell was also in charge of the NEO A&M Aquatics Center and an adjunct instructor. In 2023 she was offered and accepted a faculty position and is set to join the HHP faculty!
In Bell's time at NEO, the Lady Norse won the Region II Title in 2013 and the OCAC title in 2013 & 2014. During her time at NEO the Lady Norse have had 39 Region II All-Region Athletes, 22 NJCAA All-Academic Team Members, 4 Region II All-Tournament Athletes, 2 NJCAA Academic Teams of the Year (+3.0 GPA), 1 Region II Player of the Year, and 1 Region II Coach of the Year.
Coach Bell and her family, which includes Mic and their two amazing little boys, Nathan (11) and Korbin (9), reside just outside of Miami.
