
What do you believe you bring to (or can bring to) the team? Energy, defense, the attitude to win, hardwork, and scoring when needed
What brought you to NEO? To be honest it was Brian, I heard that he was having a succesful carreer and it made me interested then and coach Jackson was interested in me to so that just sealed the deal and I knew this was the school for me.
Why is the local support important to the team’s future? It can help with sponsors for our team and with sposors comes with important things that team will need such as hotels and food on the road and much more.
How do you stay motivated after losing a game? I just tell myself to let this loss motivate me and to never feel the pain of losing
How do you deal with the pressure of having to perform in front of the crowd? I block out the crowd and just focus on my team and coaches because that’s what is important, the crowd isn’t going help us win dog battles when where battling it out
How do you channel your frustration when the referee’s decision doesn’t go your way? I close my eyes and just breathe and remember what my late coach squirrel told me to do, “Just keep playing”
Do you have any rituals that you must perform before a game and why? Yes, everyday before a game I pray to my aunt who passed when I was 11 and she is a big part of where I am today she gives me the courage to go hard everyday and takes out and fear or doubt that I have in my body
What is the worst practice you ever endured? Probably at Lake Clifton, Coach tree went the hardest on me, because he knew I could be so much better then what I thought I was, he yelled and scream and even kicked me out of practice, called me soft a baby, and made me run
Is there a particular significance to your jersey number? (Why do you wear #23). I wear the number 3 to sybilyze my cousin who was not to long after my cousin and he wore the number three when he played so it’s for him
What’s in your gym bag that might surprise people? I keep fruit cups in my bag at all time
What is your fondest memory of NEO so far and of basketball? My fondest memory so far is probably the first day of school because it made realize I’m really in college and for basketball everyday is great memory I just love basketball so much I don’t really see any bad memories

"What tips would you give to someone going out for basketball?" Grades matter and to keep working your time will come
Accomplishments in HS & or School you transferred from (state titles, 1000 points, etc)? State title my senior year
What do you like most about NEO? My teammates, the coaches, and the whole atmosphere that NEO has.
