Patrick Brown enters his First year at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College after Spending the Previous Season at Catawba College. At Catawba, Coach Brown tutored one All-Conference DB and helped Catawba finish 3rd in Pass Defense.
Prior to Catawba Coach Brown was a Graduate Assistant/Corner's Coach at The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff. There he helped reshape a broken pass defense and helped them rise to a top 5 finish in overall Pass Defense in the FCS.
2015-2017 Patrick Brown was the Defensive Backs Coach at Millersville University. There he quickly made an impact with a Marauder defense that ranked second in the PSAC in pass defense and number one in Pass efficiency.
Brown's corners helped the Marauders allowed just 188 yards per game. Joey Pham intercepted four passes and broke up 13, ranking second in the PSAC. He was also named PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week in week 11. In 2016, Brown's defensive backs were among the most productive in the PSAC. Safety P.J. Santos intercepted five passes and scored All-PSAC East honors.
Brown has quickly built a diverse resume, having coached as a strength and conditioning intern at North Carolina A&T and as a position coach and JV defensive coordinator at Dudley High School. At Dudley, his JV squad went undefeated and his cornerbacks contributed to the state's top-ranked pass defense.
Brown started his collegiate playing career at Georgia State and landed at Greensboro where he finished a degree in exercise and sports studies in 2012.
