Coach Johnson is entering his first season as the Norsemen’s Special Teams Coordinator and Defensive Backs coach. It marks Johnson’s first full-time role as a position coach at the collegiate level. Johnson is originally from Pittsburg, Kansas and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in education from Pittsburg State University. Johnson played linebacker for the Gorillas from 2019-2021.
