Head Coach Roger Ward enters his 27th season at the helm of the Golden Norsemen baseball program.  During the spring of 2008, Ward became the all-time winningest baseball coach in NEO history.  During the spring of 2012, Ward became 1 of 59 Junior College coaches to win over 500 games during their career. During the last 10 seasons, Ward's Norsemen have accomplished a great deal.  Ward's Norse have appeared in 5 Region II Championship games becoming Region Ii Champions once and Region II Runner-Up four times.  His Norse have won 2 Bi-State Conference Championships and 2 Oklahoma Athletic Conference Championships.  In 2005 Ward's Norse moved on to win the South Central District and appeared in the 2005 JUCO World Series in Grand Junction Colorado.  

Ward played baseball at Oklahoma State University and graduated from OSU in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education.  Ward played his Junior College ball at Edmonds Community College in Seattle Washington where he graduated with an Associates Degree in May, 1990.

Ward earned his Masters in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in August, 2003

Roger Ward has been married to Suesan Ward for 28 years and they have 4 children.  Meghan (31), Tayelor (25), Kalleigh (22) and Nathan (20)
