Win two victories on Thursday, The NEO Lady Norse secured a four game series sweep against NOC Enid. Both games were complete team efforts to secure two gritty wins. 

In game one both pitchers, (MacIntosh (W) and Amorosi (SV) rallied together to throw a shutout, giving up a combined four hits, only one walk, and four strikeouts. NEO defense did not allow the opposing offense to reach third base in the game. The Lady Norse offense totaled nine hits, two being doubles. Jadyn Helm, Kyler Howe, and Danica Tune led the offense with two hits. Holcomb, Mason, Tune, and Tedlock had one hit. Helm, Howe, and Tune all tacked on an RBI. Both Kelly and Tedlock were hit by pitches. The offense only scored three runs but it was enough to capture the game one victory. 

For game two all of the runs necessary for a win came in innings two and three. Hall scored in the second after a leadoff single, and Holcomb, Tedlock, Hall, and Mason all scored in the third. Hall, Kelly, and Tune each had two hits in the game, with Riley Kelly getting her first collegiate career triple. Kelly also led the offense with four RBI's. Tedlock tacked on another RBI. Helm, Holcomb, Howe, and Mason all added on a hit a piece to bring the total to ten hits throughout the game. Holcomb's one hit was a double. NEO was more patient at the plate during game two, adding four walks to the frame; Mason (2), Helm (1), Holcomb (1).
The pitching came together as a complete staff again to secure the win. Avery Johnson started the game, giving up four hits and one run, walking two and striking out two, earning the win. Morgan Barnes came on in relief, giving up three hits and two runs, striking one out and walking one. Dasia Mason finished the game, allowing one hit and one strikeout to secure the save. 

NEO picks up again on Monday for a non conference road series against KCKCC.
