"Winning our first conference series is exciting.  We had couple of great starts from Pierre and Eliott and a big time appearance in relief by Max.  We gave ourselves a chance to sweep, but did not get the key hit in the bottom of the 7th with the bases loaded.  It was an exciting inning that felt like the hit was coming.  We have been really good late in games as a offensive group.  The good starts were key as well are still missing Elvis, Shea and Cooper.  These guys are a big part of the staff and we need them for these conference weekends.  We also didn't get to use Edouard Tardif, 4 hole, as he has been sidlined with a angle issue and we hope to have him back for the Connors series and the arms available soon as well."  Head Coach Roger Ward
