Lady Norse Fall to Cloud County in Road Matchup, 95–74

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (NEO) Women's Basketball team fell on the road Saturday afternoon, dropping a 95–74 decision to Cloud County Community College.

The Lady Norse kept things close early, trading baskets through much of the first quarter before the T-Birds built momentum with a strong run in the second period. NEO continued to battle throughout the second half, but Cloud County's pace and perimeter shooting ultimately proved the difference.

Sophomore Saniyah Morrison led NEO with 19 points, while Montay Davis added 14 in the effort. The Golden Norse showed grit and energy throughout the game, continuing to push the tempo and compete until the final buzzer.

NEO will look to bounce back in their next match up when they travel to Neosho, Missouri, to face Arkansas State Mid-South on November 21.
