Norsemen Close Regular Season With Sophomore Night Win Over NOC Tonkawa

The 18th ranked Golden Norsemen closed out the regular season last night with a 92-57 Sophomore Night win over visiting NOC Tonkawa. With the win NEO pushed its season record to 25-4 finishing with a 14-2 conference (Region 2, OCAC) mark.   The Norsemen controlled the game from early in the first half and never looked back, avenging a February 5th overtime loss to the Mavericks in Tonkawa.  

The Norsemen now enter the Region 2 tournament next Thursday March 14th at 6:00pm where they will play NOC Enid.  NEO swept the season series vs the Jets.  The Region champion gains a berth in the NJCAA National Tournament held in Hutchinson, KS. beginning March 24th.
