The Lady Norse went up to Springfield to play in the Drury tournament the first weekend of March, NEO played two games on Friday and two on Saturday. Everything was firing on all cylinders, as the team put together four competitive wins, three of them come from behind victories. The team had a huge offensive weekend with 50 combined hits in four games. Destiny Tune and Hadley Calico led the offense with 9 total hits each, both batting .562 on the weekend. Kayley Iott was feeling the long ball, leading the team with 4 homeruns and led the team with 9 RBI's. Calico had a triple in the last game of the weekend. The Lady Norse were not scared to swipe as many bags as possible, totally 17 stolen bases as a team. Corissa Bandel led with five. The team had a collective .385 average and a .434 OBP.
