After 104 minutes of playing time and the score 0-0 the Lady Norse receive a direct free kick within shooting range.  Sophomore midfielder, Megan Knox, stepped up and took the kick ending the game with 6:00 minutes left in double overtime.  

Julia Bruner received her first collegiate shut out with 13 saves in her 104 minute game. 

The Lady Norse play again Wednesday September 11th in their first conference game against Rich Mountain on Red Robertson Field.
