NEO Saftey Gervarrius Owens tackled Trinity Valley's Nathan Gaskamp out of bounds on 4th down with less that 30 seconds remaining to thwart the Cardinals comeback threat. The triple threat of Darran Williams, Carl Garmon, and Micah Cooper led the Norse on the ground. Clayton Sims connected with Marcheenan Hair with 7:08 left in the 4th quarter proving to be the winning score. The 34-27 victory improved #4 ranked NEO to 3-0 on the season and 1-0 on conference play. The Norsemen hit the road for the first time in 2018 as they travel to Kilgore College next Saturday, kickoff set for 7:00 pm.
