BELLEVILLE, Ill. — Unable to find the back of the net, the No. 20 ranked Northeastern A&M College Norse soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision Saturday to Southwestern Illinois College on the Blue Storm's pitch.

NEO starts play in the Bi-State Athletic Conference Region 2 at 5 p.m. Wednesday by hosting the No. 11 rated Lady Mavericks of Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa. The Lady Mavs are 7-1 on the season.
Against the Blue Storm, the Norse fell behind 2-0 at halftime after goals by Allison Pritchard at the 5-minute mark and one by Tori Ford off an assist by Pritchard with 34 minutes on the scoreboard.
During the second half, the Blue Storm added a goal by Meredith Wendt at the 65-minute mark and one by Katie Miskovic with 74 minutes gone to seal the win.
NEO goalie Darista Herrera recorded nine saves against 13 shots on goal. The Norse were limited to seven total shots the entire match.
