Coach Bailey Burnett is entering her fourth season as the Head Softball Coach for the Lady Norse.
Burnett comes from Neosho County Community College where she spent three years helping the Panthers reach top twenty national rankings.
Burnett started her college playing career at Allen Community College where she received All-Region Honors as a catcher. She then went on to play for Tabor College where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and minor in Coaching.
Following her Bachelor’s she received her Master’s in Science with an emphasis in Educational Leadership from Pittsburg State University in 2021.
In her first season at the helm of Lady Norse Softball, Burnett compiled a 31-20 overall record and a 21-11 conference record, finishing 2nd in conference for the 2022 season.
Coach Burnett is a native of Independence, Kansas.
