What do you believe you bring to (or can bring to) the team? Energy, Leadership, Experience, Being a team player, making plays, rebounding and scoring.
What brought you to NEO? Rudi Williams and how our system works.
Why is the local support important to the team’s future? The more support the more people we have on our side.
How do you stay motivated after losing a game? Film and knowing that we could of won the game.
How do you deal with the pressure of having to perform in front of the crowd? I try and stay to myself and my team and not worry about anybody in the crowd.
How do you channel your frustration when the referee’s decision doesn’t go your way? Just try and channel my energy into dunking or going even harder.
Do you have any rituals that you must perform before a game and why? No I just pray before a game and over my team.
What is the worst practice you ever endured? Probably when I was a kid back in AAU I scored on the wrong basketball for a game winner.
Is there a particular significance to your jersey number? (Why do you wear #22). Not really just to switch it up.
What’s in your gym bag that might surprise people? Oatmeal cookies
What is your fondest memory of NEO so far and of basketball? Coach grant falling in one of our drills in practice.
In what area do you feel you've improved the most?" Getting to my spots consistently and my shooting confidence.
"What advice has the coach given you that you'll always remember?" If you play hard the game will come to you easy.
"What tips would you give to someone going out for basketball?" Practice what you will do in the game and do it game speed.
Accomplishments in HS & or School you transferred from (state titles, 1000 points, etc)? Winning districts and regionals for my first time, taking my team to states for the first time in school history.
What do you like most about NEO? The coaching staff, the facilities and the café.
