The Norsemen Head to Region II Tournament as #2 Seed

The Norsemen enter the Region II Tournament as the No. 2 seed and will open play on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 3:30 PM against Eastern Oklahoma State. The Norse claimed the regular-season series over EOSC, winning 4 out of 6 games.

Coach Ward shared his thoughts on the strength of the tournament field:

"Well, the top four teams finished within a game of each other. This is, in my 27 years, the closest this region has ever been. Literally, anyone can win it. Don't count out Rose — they may have finished last, but they still managed to beat every team once or twice."
