NEO snatched the lead late in the game in a 5-3 victory over Eastern on Thursday March 10th. NEO scored early in the first inning of the game when Kate Faber doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring both Tara Hall and Makiah Torres. The game was tied at three with NEO batting in the top of the sixth when Calee Gregory lined out, driving in Sarah Campbell. Campbell was on by a single up the middle. Donaldson followed it up with an RBI double, scoring Aud who also had a single up the middle earlier in the inning. The big inning was fueled by two singles, a walk, a sacrifice bunt and a RBI sacrifice fly ball to deep left field. The fifth run was tacked on in the top of the seventh inning when Hailey Haskell reached on a hit by pitch and was moved over by Horn's sac bunt and Aud's single. Campbell came through with a RBI SAC fly to bring her in. Evy Aud led the offense with three hits in four at bats. Faber also took the win, allowing five hits and three runs over seven innings, striking out eight. 5 of the 8 strikeouts were looking. 
 

The Lady Norse watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 7-3 loss for game two. Evy Aud took the loss for NEO. Aud lasted four innings, allowing four hits and five runs while striking out one and walking one. Kayla Paulo came in in relief, throwing two innings, allowing two hits, five runs, and one walk. Paxton Donaldson led the Lady Norse with two hits in four at bats, a single and a double. Calee Gregory, Hailey Haskell, Tara Hall, and Evy Aud also had a hit to contribute. Hall led in the RBI category
