Softball Opens Season With 4 Consecutive Wins

The Lady Norse Softball team, after several postponements due to a winter storm, opened the 2021 season with four consecutive wins.  Wednesday's action saw the Lady Norse roll to two 5 inning run rule victories (10-1, 12-3) over visiting Fort Scott Community College.  After a quick turn around, NEO secured two more wins Thursday  vs visiting Neosho County Community College (12-2, 2-0).   The Lady Norse return to action Friday at home vs Labette Community College.  First pitch for game one on Iverson Field is set for 3:00pm with game two starting at 5:00pm.
