A slow game in the first half broke open into a fun night for the Norsemen. 1 first half goal followed by 3 in the second half produced a 4-0 win on Red Robertson Field for NEO.
Early on the game was very slow paced with Ecclesia College packing the back half of pitch. NEO would play in their offensive 1/3 of the field, but failed to find the net until just 12:15 remained in the half.

Jack Holmes on a cross to get the Norsemen on the board. In the second half
Thales Vilar got the scoring started early in the second half on a solo breakaway goal. Thales won possession and knocked the ball up field, as the keeper came out he chipped a nicely controlled ball over the keeper and into the goal. With 32:30 remaining in the match
Andre Rui took a ball to the corner beat the outside back and scored a hard shot ball right across the keepers face. The Norsemen would put an exclamation point on the win in the final minutes. With less than 7 minutes on the clock
Andre Rui would send a cross to the back side of the goal.
Haley Heffelman managed to get his head on it to drive the ball past the keeper.
