Dick Lillard’s contributions to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Golden Norseman Athletics are invaluable. Lillard served as the President of the Golden Norseman Football Booster Club from 1983-2001. He is the single longest standing booster club president in the History of NEO Football with an 18-year tenure. He also played a vital role in raising support for the NEO A&M Equine Center. Lillard is an NEO treasure, his contributions and service to NEO Athletics has left an undying legacy.
