Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Athletics

Under the leadership of 7^th year head coach Woody Morrow, Lady Norse Softball captured the Region 2 Championship with a 2-0 victory over Connors State College, advancing to the NJCAA District B Tournament.  In the best 2 of 3 format, NEO defeated Alvin College in game 1, and with a 4-0 victory in game 2, the Lady Norse advanced to the NJCAA National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas as the District B Champions.  At the National Tournament, NEO got off to a 4-0 start including a 2-1 victory over Central Arizona to advance to the National Title game.  Lady Norse softball finished the season as the National Runner Up, and an overall record of 52-5.
