Red Robertson’s third unbeaten ball club boast an 8-0 record which included a 40-13 romp over the 1952 Junior Rose Bowl-titlist Bacone Warriors. This team was the first NEO team to gain the honor of receiving an invitation to the Junior Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California in December of 1953.
